Whether you're arriving in a touring caravan or motorhome, you'll find a warm welcome, superb facilities and well-equipped pitches in a quiet, refined setting that's truly in a class of its own.
Perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, Sutton Hoo and the market town of Woodbridge, we're ideally suited to couples and families alike — and dogs are very welcome too. To protect our peaceful atmosphere, we limit group bookings and ask for quiet between 21:00 and 08:00.
Prices include use of our extensive leisure facilities, which include tennis courts, lake with sandy beach, woodland trails, a cycle trail and 9-hole golf course. There is also a restaurant, bar and lounge, Wi-Fi and a small shop selling essentials including fresh local bread, newspapers and ice creams.
We welcome touring caravans up to 7.75m and a maximum of 15 years old, and motorhomes up to 8.75m. Touring caravans and motorhomes only; tents are not accepted. Towing vehicles must be 4x4s or private cars, and commercial vehicles and panel vans are not permitted.

Bargain Break dates for 2026 are 5 to 20 May, 1 June to 9 July and 7 September to 15 October, excluding bank holidays and Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Overnight halts between 5pm and 10am, and cyclists, are charged per person at £19.00 standard, £23.00 on bank holidays and £17.00 during Bargain Breaks. Children under 24 months stay free of charge.
