Constructed to BS3632 with fabulous, well-planned interiors we can add a variety of options to personalise your new dream holiday home too, such as a veranda, patio or decking area. At Moon and Sixpence, with a team of technicians and highly mechanised ground care staff, the whole package is a very attractive option.
And with occupancy available for up to 10½ months a year, you are free to enjoy your luxury holiday home in a secure and tranquil setting as often as you like. An added bonus, there is no liability for the 3% second home stamp duty surcharge levied on second homes and in fact, no stamp duty at all.

Like lodges, most of the models we have available are built to BS 3632. Virtually maintenance free, they offer excellent value as an affordable, very appealing second home. Usually 12ft or 13ft wide, and 30ft to 40ft long, steel tile roof, aluminium, side walling and like a lodge, usually two bedrooms, two bathrooms, connected to services and ready to move in to, with new prices from about £70,000.
The range and availability varies with the selling season, April to mid October. As there is no subletting and the Moon and Sixpence neither caters for, nor attracts, the mass market, previously owned holiday homes tend to be immaculate. Prices vary from around £10,000 for an 18 year old aluminium holiday caravan with neither central heating nor double glazing, with a more modern version with double glazing and central heating from around £15,000. Less than 10 years old with steel tiled roof, improved insulation, double glazing and central heating from around £25,000 and up. Previously owned lodges are few and far between.
